Eight configurations across seven lift lines, and three floor counts, in one table. There is no form to fill in, no range to interpret and no starting from as low as. This is the lift price we quote, and it is the price that goes on the contract.

Why publish
Why we publish a lift price and nobody else does
Search for a lift price in India and you will find ranges, the phrase price on request, and a form to fill in. A range protects the vendor, because the number can move once you have committed and the shaft is already cast. We publish the whole ladder instead, so you can check our lift price against any quotation you are already holding, line for line.
Lift price list 2026
All figures in Rs lakhs. G+1 is two stops. G+4 and above we quote individually. The home lift row is a from-price rather than a ladder, because a home lift almost always goes into a house that is already built and the building decides the drive type.

Prices exclude GST. GST on lifts and escalators is 18 percent and it is added as its own line on your quotation, never folded into the headline. Every price here covers equipment, installation, transport, statutory licence and registration, and a designer cabin. Customer-side civil work is not included, except the steel structure on our structure lift, which is ours. G+1 means ground plus one floor, which is two stops and two landing doors.
A home lift costs more than our 6 person passenger MRL and carries fewer people, which surprises most buyers. The reason is that a passenger lift assumes a building drawn around a hoistway. A home lift has to go into a house where neither the pit nor the headroom exists, and the drive types that make that possible cost more to build. What you are paying for is the shaft you do not have to build, not the capacity.
Escalators and moving walks are not in this table. A lift has a standard configuration. An escalator does not: the rise, the angle, the width and the layout change on every job. See the escalator page.
What is inside every one of these numbers
- Equipment. Machine, controller, car, landing doors, guide rails, safety gear, fixtures.
- Installation. Our own technicians.
- Transport and handling to site, within the covered area.
- Statutory licence, registration and inspection.
- Designer cabin at the standard grade.
- The written thirty day completion commitment.
What is outside them
- Customer-side civil work, except the steel shaft on a structure lift.
- Power supply brought to the machine position by your electrician.
- GST at 18 percent, shown as its own line.
- Architectural finishing outside the lift, and cabin grades above standard.

The automatic rescue device is standard on every Laurel lift and included in every price above. It is mandatory under the Lifts and Escalators Act 2024, so if another vendor has quoted it to you as an optional extra, that tells you something.
What it costs to keep running
The first year of maintenance is inside the purchase price. After that, our semi-comprehensive residential annual maintenance contract starts at Rs 25,000 per lift per year, covering scheduled visits and labour, with parts billed separately and itemised.
