What you get from a survey, whether or not you buy

Exact shaft drawings for your building, which your mason or architect can work from.
The power requirement, so your electrician can price it.
An itemised quotation with five visible lines and the tax shown separately, not one number.
The completion date in writing, and the interest clause that applies if we miss it.

The survey is free and carries no obligation. If you take the drawings and buy from someone else, that is a fair outcome, and it does happen.

Already have a lift and need service

We take AMC work on existing lifts, including ones we did not install. Tell us the make, the age and the number of floors, and we will send you the lift AMC charges in writing before any visit rather than after it.

Lift AMC charges
