Site survey and drawings
We measure the shaft, the pit, the headroom and the landing openings, and check the power supply at the board.
You get: shaft drawings and the power requirement, free, and yours to keep whether or not you order.
One team from survey to handover. The same people you met are the people who sign off the lift.
The six stages
Each stage produces something you can keep: a drawing, a signed quotation, a message, a certificate. If a stage has not produced its document, it has not finished.

Equipment, installation, transport, statutory licence and cabin, each on its own line, with tax shown separately.
You get: a quotation you can check line by line, with the written promise attached.
Your order goes into production against the drawings you already hold. Nothing changes without telling you.
You get: a WhatsApp message at each stage, from order confirmed to installation booked.
Counted from the day your site is ready, not from the day you paid. Our team installs, we do not sublet it.
You get: the date in the contract, and interest from us if your site was ready and we run late.
Load test and safety gear test, then the statutory inspection and licence, then training on site.
You get: test records, licence and registration papers, the manual, and the warranty.
The first year of maintenance sits inside the purchase price. You already paid for it, so we do not call it free.
You get: a scheduled visit plan, then an AMC quoted in writing before year two.
